Hi Yoda, I agree with you. Stevia and other natural sweeteners are a much better choice than artificial sweeteners like aspartame or Splenda. However, there are just a few people that do have problems to stevia and get headaches albeit the minority.

Have you tried lots of other brands besides SweetLeaf? There are also some positive comments about NuNaturals Stevia products.

While I have not tried this one yet, there is another natural alternative sweetener on the market by the name of Just Like Sugar. The ingredients in this product are chicory root, calcium, vitamin c, and natural flavors such as orange peel. You can go to the website <a href="http://www.justlikesugarinc.com/" rel="nofollow"> and even request a sample.
                                                                        Stay Healthy, Caroline

I use SweetLeaf Sweetener stevia and have noticed that I don't have much desire for sweets anymore--which is a big deal for me! I've learned that stevia also contains nutrients that help satisfy the sweet tooth! Woowhoo! (of course, SweetLeaf is the most natural)
