For those of you who have a loved one that deals with depression or perhaps you have in the past, you might enjoy this video with Dr. Gary Kohls. He defines depression and explains why he thinks it is not a mental illness. He says it is not a chemical imbalance and it can lead to the addiction of prescription drugs. Dr. Kohls also mentions that many of the drugs that are used for depression actually make depression worse and become addictive. He suggest correct foods, nutritional support and counseling.
