Caroline Heinemann holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from 
Concordia Teachers College in Seward Nebraska. She has coordinated a variety of educational programs in her local community and conducts regional business training events and teleconference training calls. She is a former teacher and has owned her own health education business for the past 35 years.
Health is a Choice. We make choices for either health or for disease every single day. By taking ownership of your own health then you have the power to improve it.
My goal is to provide relative information to help you take control of your health. I hope to achieve this through sharing recent research and my own personal experiences while on my own quest for health, a journey that has taken over 34 years.
